In Honor of World Autism Awareness Day

(Miami, FL April 2, 2015) - In recognition of today being World Autism Awareness Day, the City of Miami wishes to acknowledge all Miami companies and institutions that are participating in "Lighting It Up In Blue" which include the Miami Tower, Freedom Tower, American Airlines Arena, PortMiami and Intercontinental Hotel which will be lit in blue to raise awareness for this important cause.

The Miami Tower in Downtown Miami honored Ichiro's historic evening by lighting up in Marlins colors last night — orange, yellow, and blue.

Ichiro Suzuki rattled MLB record books last night, becoming just the 30th player to enter the 3,000-hit club after registering a triple in the seventh inning of the Miami Marlins’ 10-7 win over the Colorado Rockies at Coors Field.
